Spanish Cedar Planter Box!

This planter box is built from 1" thick Spanish Cedar in the form of a traditional tool box. The corners have been rounded over with a 3/16" radius. It has been finished with two coats of Tung Oil for added protection from the elements (if left outdoors). The box measures 16" in length, 12-1/2" in height (to top of handle) and 7-3/4" in width at its widest point. The top two side rails have been cutout for added clearance for three 4" plant pots. The screw holes are plugged using the same wood for a more esthetic look. Of course, plants aren't the only uses for this handy 'carry-all' box.
